Erasmus Rotenbucher (c1525-1586) published this collection of 99 pieces for two instruments in 1549. The composers represented in this collection include many of the famous, such as Josquin, Isaac, Senfl, as well as many that are unfamiliar. The first volume includes duets in 2 treble, and treble and tenor clefs.
